You think Halloween is scary? Just wait until you see the White Pine Players Drama Club production of “Wait Until Dark.”
This thriller was made into a movie in the 1960’s with Audrey Hepburn playing Suzi, a blind woman fighting for her life and trying to outwit Alan Arkin as the incredibly villainous Mr. Roat. The high school production promises to be a tense, on-the-edge-of –your-seat adventure for the audience.
“We have a small, but very talented cast for this production,” says Kathy Tucker, director of this production. “They have spent some long, intense hours of rehearsal creating their characters and developing relationships on the stage.”
Cast members include Bailey Rose as Susie, Mikaela Laswell as Gloria, Chris Chavez as Sam, Wyatt Barber and Alex Gale as policemen, Auggie Gummere as Carlino, newcomer Josh Crampton as Mike and Adam Costello as the evil Mr. Roat.
