November is here and the turkey is becoming the center of our attention. I hope you have made your plans. I’m still thinking about it.

I have some bad news.  George llama died.  I would like to thank the many people who came to help me dig a hole.  My son was first, then came Calvin, Cody, Barbara and Mandy.  After a few hours of digging, we found Jerry, who had a bad hoe.  I do miss the wet kiss on my chin in the mornings.

The Nevada Rail Road not only has the Polar Express coming, but they have the Food Drive Train on November 9.  Bring some can goods and get a ride.

Nov. 14 through the 16 is Nevada Elks NSEA.

Also on Nov. 16 is the Community Food Train.

Bingo was win by Pat Wilcher.

Bowling was fun, but no big happens.  The Zimmers did not give us a show.

To answer Carols question – the item most chocked on is the toothpick. Now she wants to know what animal always has 4 babies and they are all 4 the same sex? Carol can sure come up with some interesting questions.
We need to thank Lin Burliegh and Mike Coster for providing lunch on Friday.

Fascinating Facts – in June of 1963, in Britain, the British tennis player Michael Sangster served a ball that was clocked at 154 miles per hour. This is the fastest tennis serve ever recorded.

Happiness is a shadow. If you chase it, it moves further away. But if you turn to make others happy, it will follow you.  Make others happy and be happy.
