This week slowed down a little for me. The weather was on the nice side and ad time to do some yard work.

I hope you were able to get out in the sunshine.

Things that mentally strong don’t do:

Feeling Sorry For Themselves. Stuff happens. Life can be hard. People get hurt, others die. Life isn’t all roses and butterflies. You will fall off that horse again and again and again.

The question is, are you strong enough to keep getting back on it.

The USDA food bank will be on March 25 at the First Baptist Church starting at 3 p.m.

April 2 is National Mayors Day. So take time to wish the new Mayor, Melody VanCamp, a good year.

Northern Nevada Fresh Food will be on April 4.  We got a complaint that people did not have time to visit. You are welcome to stop and visit.

Nevada Legal Services will be here Thursday, March 27. There is a sign-up sheet in the Senior Center.

Bingo had a return winner — Pat Wilcher.

Bowling had some good scores — Ron Strak stood in disbelief with is score of 220.

LD Hall bowled a 193 and for my self – 162.
