The Fourth of July Fireworks Steam Train is already halfway sold out. The two and a half hour train ride departs at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, July 4. takes the Keystone Route towards Ruth and then heads to the WP Public Golf Course (the most remote 18-hole golf course in America!).
Those who can’t make it onto the train can still watch the patriotic fireworks display from the golf course.
Bring a blanket and/or lawn chair railway employees will pack it for you. The fireworks are expected to go off about 9 p.m. On-board concessions include beer, soft drinks, water and snacks.
The Wild West Steam Train featuring the Ghost Riders will also leave the station on Saturday June 28 and July 5 at 6:30 p.m. Locals will receive $6 off their ticket purchases.
