The Missoula Children’s Theater has come back to work with Learning Bridge Charter School for the second year in a row. This year they will put on a production of “Aladdin” on Oct. 11 at 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Ely Central Theater.
“The whole idea of this show is to teach the message of helping others and accepting others,” Erik Heuchert of the children’s theater program said.
The two instructors come visit the school for a week and cast different children for the various parts in the play. The students have one week to learn the material
Instructor Rachel Bailey said that the kids have a lot of fun learning their lines and rehearsing the material after school. Tickets are available at Ely Central Theater and Flower Basket for $10. For more information, call 775-289-3500.
