The Ely Shoshone Tribe is sponsoring a Giant Yard/Benefit Sale and Indian Taco Sale to be held Saturday and Sunday, March 21 and 22, starting at 9 a.m. both days. Current information will be available on the status of the court challenge to the water transfer from the Great Basin to Southern Nevada.

The sale will be held indoor and outdoors behind the Learning Bridge Charter school (505 Great Basin Blvd.) We are asking the public to join us in our efforts to keep our groundwater in White Pine County.

Make a tax-deductible donation of the unwanted, unused items from your spring cleaning project. Price labels on your donations would be a big help.

You can deliver small items to the Ely Shoshone Elders Center, 250B Heritage Drive from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, large items can be delivered to the sale site from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, March 20 and Saturday, March 21 only 7-9 a.m.

There will be a cash donation jar and we will accept checks made out to GBWN. All proceeds will go directly to Great Basin Water Network.
