Report of a domestic disturbance—Officer contacted the parties involved who were engaged in a verbal argument. They were advised to keep the peace.
Report of a domestic disturbanc—The area was patrolled, but no disturbance was located.
Report of a domestic disturbance—Reporting party stated that his wife had thrown his clothing out on lawn. He was returning to the home to gather his belongings and wanted the incident documented in case of further problems. A report was completed.
Report of a citizen assist— Reporting party stated that she had locked her car with the keys inside, along with several small children. Officers were able to assist her in getting her vehicle unlocked.
Report of a welfare check—The individual was contacted and a family member stated that she would assist in his care.
Report of suspicious circumstance—Reporting party stated that someone had left a box of dog toys on his porch. The reporting party didn’t want the items. The items were collected.
Report of a hit and run accident—Reporting party stated that she was traveling on Great Basin Blvd. and was making a turn into a private drive. A vehicle behind her was following to close and collided into the back of her vehicle. The striking vehicle fled the scene. An accident report was completed.
Report of an arrest—Officer reported that Patricia H Colville age 47 of Ely was arrested on an Ely Municipal Court warrant.
Report of an arrest—Oficer reported that Brian N. Haynes age 49 of Ruth was arrested on an Ely Justice Court warrant.

Report of a burgulary—Reporting party stated that someone had broken into his mother’s home. Officers reported that the home had been entered into but, the reporting party is unsure if anything is missing.
Report of a trespasser—Reporting party stated that an individual who had been trespasser earlier at a local motel had returned. The area was searched, but the person was not located.
Report of an accident—Pamela Wilcox of Ely was operating a vehicle traveling on Aultman Street. She proceeded to make a unsafe lane change and struck a vehicle being operated by Anthony Lepak of Ely. An accident report was completed and Wilcox was issued a citation for unsafe lane change.
Report of an arrest—Officer reported that Justin T. Barragan age 27 of Ely was arrested on an Ely Municipal Court warrant.
Report of a citizen assist—Officer located an individual who needed to assist a person who had locked themselves out of their home.
Report of a problem with a subject—Reporting party stated that an individual is attempting to fight him. The reporting party wanted the incident documented in case of other problems. A report was completed.

Report of an arrest—Officer reported that he observed an individual urinating in public. The individual was identified as Anthony Lepak age 21 of Ely. Lepak was arrested for obscene act

Report of an accident—Officers responded to a vehicle accident on US 6 west where they assisted with a single vehicle accident where the operator was trapped inside the vehicle.
Report of a juvenile problem—Officers located several juveniles who were looking inside vehicles and causing a disturbance. The juveniles were detained and later released to their parents.
Report of a welfare check—Officer contacted the individuals and assisted them with lodging for the night.

Report of property damage—Officer received a report of tires that had been cut on a vehicle. Investigation continues.
Report of a hit and run accident—Officer reported that a vehicle had struck a road sign. The striking vehicle had fled the area.
Report of a intoxicated pedistrian—Officer received a report of an intoxicated person laying in the street. Officer contacted the individual who stated that he was walking to a family member’s home.
Report of shots fired—Officer located the individual who was shooting at the local shooting range.
Report of a juvenile problem—Reporting party stated that while her son and several other juveniles were playing hide and seek they were confronted by an individual who had a gun. Officer contacted the parties involved and the person with the gun had seen several individuals on his property who had taken off running. The juveniles were advised to stay off the person’s property.
Report of a juvenile problem—Reporting party stated that her children were not minding her. Officer spoke to the children and advised them to respect their mother.
Report of a vehicle accident—Officer reported that the vehicle had slid off the roadway. A tow truck company was contacted who assisted the vehicle back onto the roadway. No damage was reported.
