Our beloved mother Lois passed into the arms of our Heavenly Father on January 23, 2016. She was 91. She was born on March 2nd 1925 in Everett, Washington.
Her favorite past time was quilting. She was a member of the Sagebrush Quilters. She also enjoyed cooking and reading. She loved planting her tomatoes and was so proud of her rose bush. Also a dedicated member of St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church. She loved to go with her son Daniel on his fishing and hunting trips. She loved walking their dog, Roland. She also helped Daniel with his pine nut picking.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lucian and youngest son Wendell, as well as two brothers John and Donald Olsen.
She is survived by her sons Daniel of Ely, Mark of Everette, Washington, a grandson Daniel Norgaard Jr of Portland, Oregon, sisters Pat Raines and Evelynn Landon of Everette, Washington, two brothers Kenneth Olsen of Arlington, Washington and Jim Olsen of Marysville, Washington, as well as numerous nephews, nieces and friends.
Services will be held at St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church at 10:00 AM on February 4th, 2015, interment to follow.
