David E. Norman fifth graders spent an memorable day at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi, Utah last week. This field trip is an annual event for the three fifth grade classes, which sell scented pens and pencils to raise money for the trip. With an early 5:00am start, the kids began a day that included touring the extensive tulip gardens and exploring the museum of ancient life. The day ended with pizza in Wendover, and fun at the park before heading home. A big thanks to teachers Roger Dunnavant, Shawn Hebert, and Jennifer Young for making this event possible for our amazing fifth graders!
