The White Pine County Library Summer Reading Program will start on June 9 with a kick-off party in the County Park at 11 a.m. The theme “On Your Mark, Get Set…Read!” will provide a summer with reading and physical exercise. Attendance each week will provide a ticket into the drawing for a trampoline. There will be prizes for the top readers in each of the grade groups based upon reading minutes and weekly reading incentives as well. The program will end Aug. 18,.If the kids or grandkids are looking for something to do this summer send them to the White Pine County Library, 950 Campton Street, to participate in the Summer Reading Program.
