Bring the family into The White Pine Public Museum while you are visiting Ely during the Speleological Society Convention. We will be extending our days of operation during this event.

The museum will be opened from 12-5 p.m. on Sunday and Monday, and from 12-7 p.m. on Tuesday.

Laura Rainey, of Smoke Signals, will again be exhibiting her fine work in the museum’s gift shop and be available to answer your questions on local history and Native American “hands-on” facts.

Of course, you will need to stop in to see “Lillie” the prehistoric cave bear that was discovered here in a White Pine County cave, known as the Labor of Love Cave, during December 1981-January 1982.

Come take a look at all the things The White Pine Public Museum has to offer.
