William Bee Ririe Hospital has donated 18 hospital beds to White Pine Care Center in an effort to provide additional comfort and safety measures for the treatment and care of their patients. The donation was made on July 26 as a replacement for some of the care center’s beds that are old and outdated. “It’s really all about taking care of the community,” said Matthew Walker, CEO of William Bee Ririe Hospital. “Many of the care center residents are our family, friends, patients, etc. We care deeply about their comfort and well-being, so we were happy to be able to make this donation.” Walker said the hospital, the major healthcare provider for the White Pine County area, was honored and delighted to be able to donate the beds to the White Pine Care Center, a long term care facility.
