The public is invited by Connect Nevada and the Governor’s Office of Science and Innovation to attend a meeting on Sept. 13 to discuss the challenges and future of high speed Internet along Highway 50.
They will have both wholesale and last mile providers in attendance so they can work toward identifying solutions and aggregating demand for communities like Eureka, Austin and Ely.
“We hope you can make it as we believe your input and partnership is vital to bringing broadband to these rural communities,” said Lindsey Harmon, executive director for Connect Nevada
The meeting will be held at 1 p.m. at the White Pine County Library, 950 Campton St., Ely.
RSVP by contacting Harmon at 775-846-3077 or email@example.com.
