Ruth I was sorry to hear about Marilyn. Do you remember how when we would go visit her and her young baby loved to hear my voice? Hugs and kisses to you and her family.
What a lovely woman.
Dear John, Liz, Art, and Helen,
Your Grandfather Art was my boss at the Kennecott mill in McGill in the early to mid 70’s. He was a great person and I learned a lot from his pipefitting skills. My mother Geraldine ( Jerrry ) taught 6th grade at Ely Grade School for over 20 years and she graduated with your father Ted, whom I knew very well and respected.
They say that God could not be everywhere so He created Mothers and your mother was a very wonderful and beautiful person. I was never around cancer until my mother-in-law, Antonette Sotira Wadlow came down with it years ago. Mary Ann, my wife’s uncle is Bishop Katri and his wife Helen passed away from cancer years ago. Our daughter Marisha was diagnosed with NonHodskins Lymphoma 3 years ago so the battle is still on. Our condolences and prayers go out to all your families. May God Bless you always, Love, the Polishes
My deep condolences to the Chachas family. I am so saddened to hear of Marilyn’s passing. My childhood in Ely was so full with her being a part of my life. Marilyn was always the sweetest and kindest woman. I am thankful to have seen her and get hugs the many times she would come into the Art Bank when visiting Ely. May you Rest in Peace Marilyn.
My sincere sympathy to the Chachas family and Marilyn’s sister, Ruth.
