The beginning of the open enrollment period began on Nov. 1 when Nevadans could go online to review their coverage options and select the best health plans on the Silver State Health Insurance Exchange that works for them and their families.

This years open enrollment is six weeks shorter than in previous years ending on Dec. 15.  An Open Enrollment Event with an In-Person Assistor will be at the White Pine Chamber of Commerce at 636 Aultman St., on Tuesday, Nov. 28 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
