Bonnie Mae Cracraft passed peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, January 22, 2018 after thriving in life as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and dear friend to many. Born August 20, 1940, she lived 77 fulfilling years, the clear majority of which was spent here in Ely raising her family. She attended White Pine High School and eventually married Ned Cracraft in 1970 and together they spent nearly the next 50 years being great parents and grandparents to their children and grandchildren.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her mother, Bernice Abel, father Clayton Abel, son Ben “Skeeter” Thiessens, daughter, Tammie Lynn Cracraft, brother John Forman, and brother Richard Forman.

She is survived by her husband Ned Cracraft; son Randy Cracraft and his wife Karen Cracraft of Elko, Nevada, and their two children, Tammie and Matthew Cracraft; son Richard Cracraft and his wife Lori Cracraft of Ridgecrest, California and their two sons Chad and Chase Cracraft; son Val Cracraft and wife Teri Cracraft of Las Vegas, Nevada and their two children Brandon and Cheyenne Cracraft; son Tracy Cracraft and his wife Tracy Cracraft of Rancho Santa Margarita, California and their three children, Lexi Faust, Skyler and River Cracraft.  She is also survived by her brother, Ben Forman and his wife Loretta of Grantsville, Utah; sister Cathy and her husband Dee Beckwith of Ely, Nevada; sister Cheri Scott of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina ; sister Candy and husband Paul Gomez of Spring Creek, Nevada; and sister Caylynn and husband Bill Camacho of Broken Bow, Nebraska. Bonnie is also survived by four great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be officiated by Father John McShane beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at the Ely City Cemetery followed immediately by a reception at the Catholic Church.
