It is a family affair when the Bybee family, owners of the Copper Queen/Ramada and Evah’s Restaurant get to come out and serve lunch at the Learning Bridge Charter School. Brothers, Shane and Mark Bybee helped serve, and their father Burrelll Bybee also came by to visit with the kids during their lunch break.

Julie Krch said “the children look forward to the hot lunch on Fridays”. This particular day they got a healthy serving of Evah’s special Mac N’ Cheese, Chicken Tenders, a drink, cookie and bag of apple slices.

Hot lunches are provided once a week for the students at the Learning Bridge. Other vendors who have participated are Anderson’s, Happy Garden, Economy Drug, All Aboard, Denny’s and Sagebrush.

If the student choose they can purchase the lunch for $4.00 this gives them an opportunity to experience hot lunch.
