REPORT OF A JUVENILE PROBLEM:bCity – the reporting party claimed a juvenile was having problems with another juvenile at school. Contact was made with the school and the parties involved. The school handled the issue.

REPORT OF A TRESPASSER: The property was checked, but no one was found trespassing.

REPORT OF AN ARREST: Justin Tyler Barragan, age 30, of Ely, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

REPORT OF AN ARREST: A deputy observed a vehicle lose control and leave the roadway. He made contact with the driver, identified as 39 year old Ely resident Christopher Tedesco. He was later arrested for DUI.

REPORT OF A SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT: The subject was gone when officers arrived.

REPORT OF A SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT: City – the subject was located and claimed to be having medical issues. He was assisted in getting his medication.

REPORT OF AN ACCIDENT: City – Dakoda Campbell, of McGill, struck a fence and then left the scene. He was later located and issued a citation for hit and run.

REPORT OF AN ARREST: City – a deputy conducted a traffic stop and spoke to the driver, identified as 49 year old Tammy Goodwin, of McGill. Goodwin was found to be operating the vehicle with a revoked license and was in possession of a drug without a prescription. She was arrested without incident.

REPORT OF A FIGHT: City – all parties were gone when the deputies arrived.

REPORT OF AN ACCIDENT: City – Leroy Valdez, of Ely, was unable to stop at a stop sign due to wintery conditions and slid into a vehicle operated by Robert Switzer, of Ely. A report was completed.

REPORT OF AN ARREST: City – a deputy conducted a traffic stop and spoke to the driver, identified as 50 year old Evelyn Marie Trigos, of Ely. She was found to be driving with a revoked driver’s license and was arrested.

REPORT OF FRAUD: City – the reporting party claimed someone forged his signature on several checks. The investigation continues.

REPORT OF A DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: Both parties were contacted and each claimed they had only been arguing.

REPORT OF A NOISE DISTURBANCE: City – the suspect was contacted and turned the music down.

REPORT OF A DISTURBANCE: City – the area was checked and no disturbance was located.

REPORT OF AN ARREST: City – a deputy conducted a traffic stop and spoke to the driver, identified as 37 year old Ely resident Johnathan Bainbridge. He was later arrested for DUI.

REPORT OF A THEFT: City – the reporting party claimed someone stole property from behind his home sometime within the last six months. A report was completed.

REPORT OF AN ARREST:J ose Munos Vega, age 38, of California, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT: City – a female subject, identified as 32 year old Samantha Jo Tedesco of Ely, was creating a disturbance at the hospital. Deputies later discovered she had traveled to that location while having custody of her children and was found to be intoxicated. She was later arrested for child endangerment.

REPORT OF VANDALISM:City – the reporting party observed a building with a damaged door. The owner was contacted and advised.

REPORT OF A WELFARE CHECK: City – the subject was located and claimed to be okay.

REPORT OF THREATS: City – the reporting party claimed he posted a message on his ex-wife’s Facebook page and her current boyfriend sent him a message threatening him. Contact was made with the boyfriend, who admitted to sending the message.

REPORT OF AN ARREST: A deputy conducted a traffic stop and spoke to the driver, identified as 18 year old Lund resident Kaden Egbert. He was later arrested for minor in consumption, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and other misdemeanor offenses. His passenger, a minor, was also taken into custody for minor in consumption and later released to his parents. A report was completed and forwarded to Juvenile Probation.

REPORT OF AN ARREST: City – 54 year old Ely resident Kevin Lawrence Ross was arrested on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.
