REPORT OF AN ACCIDENT: City – Johnny Danny Sotelo, of Wendover, was making a turn in his commercial vehicle and unknowingly struck a sign with his trailing unit. A report was completed.

REPORT OF DRUGS: City – a student was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. He was released to his guardian and a report was completed and forwarded to Juvenile Probation.

REPORT OF AN ACCIDENT: City – Aaron Gaarsland, of Ely, was driving when his vehicle had a mechanical error, causing him to strike a parked vehicle. A report was completed.

REPORT OF AN ARREST: City – a deputy conducted a traffic stop and spoke to the driver, identified as 46 year old Ruth resident Brad Edward Morris. He was later arrested for DUI.

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT: City – a male subject was reportedly passed out at a local business and wouldn’t leave. The subject left when deputies arrived.

REPORT OF A THEFT: The reporting party believes his ex-wife stole multiple pieces of property from him. The investigation continues.

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT: City – two roommates were arguing over a difference in opinion. They were advised to work it out.

REPORT OF A DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: Deputies arrived and determined 38 year old McGill resident Casey Patrick Jones had used force upon a person with whom he is dating and has a child in common. Jones was arrested without incident.

REPORT OF A DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: City – when deputies arrived, they discovered it was two roommates horse playing. They were advised to keep the noise down.
