REPORT OF AN ARREST: City – a deputy was checking a house, which had been condemned, and located 32 year old Ely resident Sean Gruda inside. Gruda was arrested for trespassing.

REPORT OF A TRUANCY: City – a child was deemed a habitual truant. A report was completed and forwarded to Juvenile Probation.

REPORT OF CHILD ABUSE: City – the injures to the child are believed to be accidental. The investigation continues.

REPORT OF AN ARREST: City – a deputy conducted a traffic stop and spoke to the driver, identified as 23 year old Kyler Williamson, of Utah. He was later arrested for driving with a suspended driver’s license.

REPORT OF A DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: City – the parties were contacted and said they had only been arguing. Both parties separated for the day.

REPORT OF A WELFARE CHECK: City – the subject was located and claimed to be fine.

REPORT OF A BURGLARY: City – the reporting party claimed someone broke into his home and stole his property. The investigation continues.

REPORT OF AN ARREST: A deputy conducted a traffic stop and spoke to the driver, identified as 28 year old Carlin resident Kyle Leach. He was later arrested for DUI.

REPORT OF VANDALISM: The reporting party claimed to have rented a house and the renter damaged the residence. A report was completed.

REPORT OF A TRUANCY: City – a student was deemed a habitual truant. A citation was issued and a report will be forwarded to Juvenile Probation.

REPORT OF A JUVENILE PROBLEM: City – the reporting party claimed to receiving harassing text messages on her phone. The subject’s number was deleted and a report was completed.

REPORT OF DRUGS: City – several juveniles were to be in possession and under the influence of marihuana. They were later released to their guardians. A report was completed and will be submitted to Juvenile Probation.

REPORT OF A SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT: City – the subject was located and claimed to just be out of a walk.

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT: City – a manager of a local business claimed a recent employee had been released from work and he continued to come by the business, causing problems. The manager wished the ex-employee to be trespassed. The subject was not located.

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT: City – the reporting party claimed to be having an issue with her ex-husband. Contact was made with both subjects and the worked out their difference and went their separate ways.

REPORT OF A DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: Both parties were contacted and claimed to have only been arguing. Both parties separated for the night.
