JANUARY 29

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT: City – the reporting party claimed an unknown male was banging on her door in the middle of the night.  The area was checked, but the male wasn’t located.

REPORT OF A RECKLESS DRIVER: The driver was located and denied driving recklessly.

REPORT OF A SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT: The subject was located and denied any wrongdoing.

REPORT OF A WELFARE CHECK: City – the subject was located and claimed to be fine.

REPORT OF A TRUANCY: City – a student was deemed a habitual truant and was issued a citation.  A report was submitted to Juvenile Probation.

REPORT OF AN ARREST: City – 50 year old Ely resident Julia Corona was arrested after deputies learned she had trespassed in an apartment and had earlier battered a person over the age of 60.  Corona also resisted arrested when officers arrested her.

REPORT OF A DISTURBANCE: City – the suspect was contacted and agreed to turn down her music.

REPORT OF AN ARREST: City – 32 year old Lund resident Sean Gruda was arrested for failing to register and as ex-felon.

REPORT OF A TRUANCY: City – a student was deemed a habitual truant and was issued a citation.

REPORT OF A THEFT: City – the reporting party claimed his ex-girlfriend took his property when she moved out.  They came to an amicable agreement.

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT: City – the reporting party claimed a male followed him and was harassing him in regards to property he had rented.  The suspect was trespassed from the property.

REPORT OF STOLEN PROPERTY: City – the reporting party claimed she lent a vehicle to someone and they hadn’t returned it.  A report was completed.

REPORT OF AN ARREST: 32 year old Bret Gilman, of Lund, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

REPORT OF AN ARREST: Christopher John, of Arizona, was arrested for driving suspended and having an outstanding warrant.

REPORT OF FRAUD: City – the reporting party claimed someone used his debit card to purchase property online.  A report was completed.

REPORT OF A TRESPASSER: City – a subject was advised he was not allowed at an apartment complex.

REPORT OF THEFT: City – the reporting party claimed someone stole her property.  She later claimed she may have just misplaced it.

REPORT OF THREATS: City – the reporting party claimed someone yelled at her.  A report was completed.
