FEBRUARY 2

REPORT OF AN UNATTENDED DEATH: Lewis Wing passed away at home from natural causes.

REPORT OF AN ARREST: City – Harmony Delucia, of Ely, was arrested after stealing a vehicle from a family member.

REPORT OF AN ACCIDENT: City – Gail Vaishvila, of Pahrump, struck a parked car.  A report was completed.

REPORT OF A WELFARE CHECK: City – the subject was located and claimed to be fine.

REPORT OF FRAUD: City – Jeremy Dingess, of Ely, attempted to pay for a meal at a local restaurant with a stolen credit card.  He was taken into custody without incident.

REPORT OF AN ALARM: City – the building was checked and was found to be secure.

REPORT OF AN UNATTENDED DEATH: Jose Maes passed away at his residence due to natural causes.

REPORT OF A TRESPASSER: City – the subject wasn’t located.

REPORT OF HARASSMENT: City – a report was completed. 

REPORT OF A DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: City – the parties claimed to have just been arguing.

FEBRUARY 4

REPORT OF A DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: City – the parties were contacted and claimed to have just been arguing.

REPORT OF A RECKLESS DRIVER: City – the vehicle was located parked and unoccupied.

REPORT OF A SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT: City – the subject was gone when officers arrived.

REPORT OF A DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: City – both parties claimed to have just been arguing.

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT: City – the reporting party claimed she was missing her debit card and suspected someone to have been using it.  The suspect was contacted, but was not in possession of the card.

REPORT OF A FIGHT: City – the parties were contacted and it was learned they were just yelling at each other.

REPORT OF AN ACCIDENT: City – Skylar Hall, of Ely, slid on the ice into a vehicle driven by Frank Sharp, of Ely.  A report was completed.

REPORT OF A THEFT: The reporting party claimed an unknown subject stole property from his home.  The investigation continues.

REPORT OF A DISTURBANCE: City – the suspect was contacted and advised to keep the noise down.

REPORT OF A WELFARE CHECK: City – the subject was contacted and was okay.

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT: City – a subject was yelling and disturbing the peace because their wifi wasn’t working.  They were advised to stop.

REPORT OF A TRUANCY: City – a student was deemed a habitual truant.  A citation was issued and a report was forwarded to Juvenile Probation.

REPORT OF AN ARREST: City – Charlee Stones, of Ely, was arrested for violating her probation.
