Three White Pine High members of the boys track team set personal records in the four-team Desert Oasis Weekday meet March 14 in Las Vegas. Desert Oasis, Spring Valley and Lincoln County also participated.

Phoenix Ball set a personal record in finishing fourth in the boys 100 meters at 11.03 behind defending 2A state champion Noah Smith of Lincoln County and another personal record in winning the high jump at 6-feet.   

Adam Theuer set a personal record in winning the 110m hurdles in 16.0 and won the 300m hurdles in 47.5.

Kincade Waggener was second in the 1600 meters, Mark Porter was second in the 3200 meters.

Kegan Hexem had a personal record in taking third in the discus and the boys won the 4×400 relay.

In the girls meet, Hallie Cogley won the discus at 74-11 and was second in the shot put at 23-06.
