JAIME GARCIA: Guilty of Batter by Inmate causing substantial bodily harm in violation of NRS 2—.481(2Xg) a Category B felony. Court addresses the parties regarding 2 notices filed. PAUL LYNDEN HARKER: Guilty of possession of a controlled substance,  a Category E felony in violation of NRS 453.336. Court orders $25 AA fee, $60 chemical analysis fee, $3 GMA fee, 19-48 months NDOC with 70 days credit time served. Defendant is remanded into custody of White Pine County Jail. Judge Gary D. Fairman, presiding.

CHRISTIAN MERCADO: Probation violation. Court order the defendant to the underlying sentence of 12-24 months NDOC with credit for time served of 129 days. Defendant is remanded back to custody. Judge Steve L. Dobrescu, presiding.

DERIK RAY CALTON: Guilty of the offence of Count 1: Child Endangerment; Count 2: False Imprisonment; both Gross Misdemeanors. Court orders $25 AA fee, $3 GMA fee, $35 Domestic Violence fee, Count 1: 365 days in the White Pine County Jail; Count 2: 365 days in the White Pine County Jail, to run consecutive. Count 2 is suspended; probation no to exceed 3 years. Court orders Battery Treatment for 12 months. Count 1, probation is denied. Defendant is remanded into custody. Judge Steve J. PAUL RUSSELL JENSEN: Probation violation. Court revokes the defendant’s Diversion Program and imposes the Judgment of Conviction: 12-32 months NDOC; $150 DNA fee credit for all time served.
