REPORT OF A SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE: City — officer located the vehicle and spoke to the operator. No problems were located.

REPORT OF A HOME INVASION: Reporting party stated that her ex-boyfriend forced his way into her home and battered her. During the officers investigation the ex-boyfriend was identified as Trace P. Cooley age 20 of Ely. Cooley was arrested for home invasion and domestic battery

REPORT OF A FIGHT: City — officer contacted the parties involved who were arguing over paying for gas at a local gas station. The parties involved were advised to keep the peace.

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT: City — reporting party stated that an individual drives by his home and yells profanities at him. The individual was contacted and advised to stay away from the reporting party.

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT: City — reporting party stated that an indidvual was causing a disturbance at her place of work. The individual was contacted who was advised to keep the peace.

REPORT OF A THEFT: City — reporting party stated that someone had stolen his bicycle from the back of his vehicle. A report was completed.

REPORT OF A PARKING PROBLEM: City — officer received a report of a vehicle blocking a roadway. The operator of the vehicle was contacted and advised to move his vehicle.

REPORT OF A SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE: City — officer located the vehicle and contacted the operator who was identified as Roger K.  Nuttal age 59 of West Jordan, UT. During the officers investigation Nuttal was arrested for DUI and open container.

REPORT OF SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: City — reporting party stated that an individual was representing themselves as a state worker. Investigation continues.

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT: Reporting party stated that she had gotten into an argument with a co-worker and wanted the incident documented. A report was completed.

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT: City — reporting party stated that an individual came to her place of employment and caused a disturbance. The indidvual was contacted and trespassed from the reporting party’s place of work.

REPORT OF A FIGHT: City — officer contacted several of the individuals who had been involved. The parties involved stated that they had been arguing over comments that had been made. The parties agreed to separate for the night. No other problems were located.

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT: City — officer received a report of an individual causing a problem at a local business. The individual was contacted and trespassed from the area.

REPORT OF A MISSING JUVENILE: Reporting party stated that her juvenile daughter hasn’t been home for several days. Officers are attempting to locate her.

REPORT OF AN ARREST: Officer reported that during a traffic stop on a vehicle the operator was identified as Juan Morquecho age 38 of Kimberly ID. Morquecho was arrested on a Well NV Justice Court warrant for contempt of court.

REPORT OF A DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: City — officer contacted the parties involved who stated that they had just been arguing. They were advised to keep the peace.

REPORT OF POSSIBLE CHILD ABUSE: Officer attempted to contact the reporting party, but was unsuccessful.

REPORT OF AN ACCIDENT: City — Rachael Jones a juvenile of Lund was operating a vehicle entering into a parking lot. Taylor McQueen a juvenile of Ely was operating a vehicle exiting the parking lot. As they did so, the parties involved collided into each other. A report was completed.

REPORT OF A PARKING PROBLEM: City — officer contacted the operator of the vehicle and advised him to remove it from the area.

REPORT OF A DOMESTIC BATTERY: City — reporting party stated that several weeks ago he had been battered by his ex-girlfriend. Investigation into the incident continues.

REPORT OF A VIOLATION OF A PROTECTIVE ORDER: City — officer received a report of a violation of a protective order. Officer is still investigating the circumstance surrounding the violation.

REPORT OF A BUSINESS LICENSE VIOLATION: City — officer contacted the person who was performing business without the proper licensing. He was advised to stop. A report will be forwarded to the District Attorney.

REPORT OF A JUVENILE PROBLEM: Officer received a report of several juveniles spray painting a building. Officer contacted the juveniles who were using concrete chalk to draw on the side walk. No problems were located.

REPORT OF A BURGLARY: Reporting party stated that someone had entered into his shed and stole several items. Investigation into the incident continues.

City — officer received a report of several juveniles causing a disturbance at a local county building. The juveniles were contacted and their parents were advised.

Officer received a report of several workers that had not returned from their work area. Officer reported that the individuals were located and were fine.

City — reporting party stated that his family member was intoxicated and causing a problem. The individual was contacted and identified as Sierra Anderson age 21 of Ely. During the officers investigation Anderson was arrested on a probation violation.

Officer contacted the parties involved who had engaged in a physical altercation. The parties involved gave conflicting statements to what had occurred. The parties involved were advised to separate for the day.

Reporting party located a stray dog that was in need of water and food. The reporting party was going to care for the dog until the owner was located. The incident was documented.
