White Pine Care Center is currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time and part-time positions. The primary role of the CNA is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily personal care, including bath/showering, dental care, and mouth care.
• Serve food trays and assist with feeding as indicated.
• Record the resident’s food and fluid intake.
• Measure and record blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respirations as instructed.
•Report all changes in a resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as possible.
•Turn bedfast residents at least every two hours.
•Follow all established safety precautions in the performance of duties.
Qualifications:
• Must possess a valid and current Nevada CNA License and keep it current.
•Must possess a valid and current BLS-CPR card and keep it up to date.
•Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
•Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm.
